Appointment Specifics

Kindly arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork so that your treatment can start promptly. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service ONLY if it is available.

Payment for Services

  All clients are required to book with a valid credit card to reserve an appointment .   Please note that there are no refunds on courses, services  rendered,  or opened products. 

 LuciaEsthetics accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit & Cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Cancellations  and  No Shows 

Please give 24 hours notice in case of cancellation or to reschedule your appointment. Other appointments could be scheduled in your time slot. Whether it be an appointment for one individual services or more .

 Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be billed 50% of the total cost of the treatment. 

Missed appointments, without notice of cancellation, will be billed 100% of total treatment cost.

Gift Certificates

LuciaEsthetics Gift certificates do not expire.

Coupons

Coupons MUST be presented before a service is rendered. When scheduling the appointment please let us know that you have a coupon. If the coupon is lost or the client forgot to bring the coupon then full payment at the brochure price is payment that is expected for the service or services that are rendered. Please be sure to always print out and bring the coupon with you on the day of your appointment.
